WHAT I DID

Built a full B2B lead generation and attribution model for Quidax’s API products (Widgets, Basqet, Ramp) connecting every touchpoint to pipeline. Introduced segmented ABM campaigns, built the content strategy from the ground up, launched in the Nigerian market, achieved product-market fit and scaled. Enterprise leads grew 0 to 1,000+ within 18 months. Became the primary revenue engine — approximately 95% of Quidax’s revenue in 2025.

WHAT I DID

Took Temu from zero market presence to Nigeria’s #1 downloaded app in 90 days. Built the full market entry strategy from scratch; localised GTM, influencer architecture across tiers, and a performance marketing infrastructure that scaled rapidly without burning out the team.

THE FIX

Market research scoping, Ideal Customer Profile discovery and segmentation, channel diversification strategy and a growth experimentation framework that tests and validates new channels fast without betting everything on one motion.

WHAT I DID

Rebuilt the marketing operations infrastructure across three simultaneous markets – Dubai, North America, and EMEA. Created Project Pathfinder, a formal channel experiment framework with documented processes. Built the team structure and role specifications from scratch so the system could run without constant oversight. This took 6 months in total.

Then fixed the retention problem by increasing daily active users by 330% through lifecycle messaging and product adoption content. Built a systematic experimentation engine using Mixpanel for cohort analysis, dynamic in-app personalisation, and multivariate A/B testing that lifted merchant conversion rates by 52% and platform transaction rates by 36%.
